Through the PRO-formance program you will have the opportunity to get your body in optimal shape. While many professional or serious athletes use this program to get back to their sport after an injury or a surgery and rehab, this program is for anyone who wants to return to life or activities feeling better and stronger than before.

The PRO-formance program offers a unique blend of care delivered by medical professionals at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, Panorama Physical Therapy and the Panorama Wellness & Sports Institute. Doctors, therapists and trainers all work together to develop a customized program that is centered around getting your body to a place of optimal performance. The program takes into account injuries today, as well as, past injuries as you move through a full body, functional movement-based program. It is designed to help you return to your sport or activity or reach your lifestyle goals. Our medical professionals, each with a unique skill set, closely monitor your progress through the entirety of the program.

You will work one-on-one with a physical therapist and performance specialist as you move through the program. We offer a dynamic, Integrative and cohesive team approach to provide the ultimate continuity of care. We talk directly to your doctor and we follow their individual recommendations for you!

After an injury, the body forgets how to move with strength and purpose, muscles can atrophy, weakness sets in and your body begins to compensate for the injury. Going through this program allows you to strengthen not only the area of the injury, but rather the entire body. We assess body mechanics and then use a full-body conditioning approach that allows us to reduce your chances of reinjuring yourself and help you come back stronger than you were before.

If you or someone you know has been injured   - Talk with your doctor or physical therapist to see if this program would benefit you.
