Kyle Yoder

Kyle attended and graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in personal training. While at CMU, Kyle was a distinguished athlete as a pole vaulter on the men's track and field team and also enjoyed intramurals as well as club sports.

 He completed a 2.5 year internship at CMU's Human Performance Lab where he learned and performed bio-mechanical and physiological testing on athletes as well as members of the community. Kyle also participated in several research projects, some of which went on to be published.

 Kyle's goal as a performance coach and personal trainer is to help everyone reach their best physical health and highest fitness goals. With a background in rehabbing athletes, coaching college and high school athletes, and individual coaching; Kyle never gives up on a client and always encourages them to perform their best.
