Grant Fiock grew up in Waterville, Ohio just outside of Toledo. Growing up Grant played a variety of sports and was always looking to stay active. He earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science at Bowling Green State University right down the road from his house.
He has been a certified personal trainer (CPT) for three years and has trained several different age groups looking to reach a variety of goals. Grant has a strong background in nutrition, general fitness, and sports performance training with vertical based athletes. Grant was recruited to play college basketball out of high school, but chose to focus on getting an education first. Later he joined Bowling Green State University’s Club volleyball team and played on their national team.
Grant came to Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute for a summer internship in 2017 and joined the team after his internship was complete. While here as an intern, he was able to expand his knowledge and join the PRO-Formance program at Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute.
“My favorite part about being a performance coach is watching people grow to reach their goals and working towards making an impact on their lives.”
