Lea Dunlap comes to The Institute as a highly touted Speed and Performance coach and trainer. Lea earned her undergraduate degree from Quincy University in Exercise Science where she also played college softball and was a member of the Dean’s list. Taking her love and passion forward, Leah continued her journey as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Brown before enrolling and completing her Master of Sciences in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) in 2015. Leah’s background in sports nutrition, manual therapy and pre/post rehabilitation preparation is a great addition to her already stellar career as a coach and trainer. Additionally, Leah received her Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) Certification through the world renowned National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2016.
