Kristi is a yoga instructor and a personal trainer at the Institute. Kristi graduated from Central Connecticut State University and is now a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, as well as a Certified Wellness & Life Coach.
Kristi specializes in weight loss management, cardio training for runners and cyclists, total body conditioning and sport specific training. Kristi has been passionate about health and fitness her entire life. As she puts it, “personal experiences and challenges have inspired me to want to help others with their personal goals.” Kristi has participated in triathlons, as well as many other running and mountain biking events. She has also earned a second degree black belt in tae kwon do, played soccer and recently has discovered the benefits of exercising mind, body and spirit while improving her health and fitness.

Kristi and her family are residents of Highlands Ranch and enjoy living in such a wonderful community.
