Adam McLaughlin

Adam McLaughlin is the Associate Director of Performance at the Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute. Adam has been with the company since we opened back in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Endicott College, where he completed 3 different internships before graduating. In the time that Adam has worked at the “The Institute”, he has built a personal training client base of nearly 30 clients. He was most recently recognized by receiving the 2016 One-On-One Coach of the Year Award as he trained more clients in this calendar year than any other (D1 Trainer) in the country. Adam credits his success in this industry to his “strong belief in providing all of his clients with a comprehensive approach to performance training” that is best described as, “a straight forward scientific based protocol.”

Along with being the recipient of this prestigious award, Adam has also had the privilege of working with some of the most well-respected doctors and physical therapists to begin our “Ready to Return” program. A program that integrates the protocols from all aspects of our Panorama patients, (Surgery, PT, Training).

Adam is a native of Massachusetts, but grew up in the small farm town of Hebron, CT. Adam was very active in his early years, as he was involved in football, soccer, baseball and cross country. He attended RHAM High School where he played football and was a part of the track team for all 4 years. Adam had always been an active kid growing up, but it wasn’t until high school that his passion for training emerged. As he puts it, “I started to understand the importance of training and took a lot of interest in the science behind fitness and how the body moves”. Because of his love and passion for fitness, Adam is an integral part of the development of PWSI’s training methodology.

“I love being able to help people move better, feel better and look better. There is nothing more rewarding than making someone feel better about themselves and the way they move and perform. It also doesn’t hurt working with such great people all day that inspire me to be better every day.”

Adam has found a passion in performance optimization training along with corrective exercise training. He has taken this drive and passion to the next level as he is constantly learning and re-adjusting his protocols to make sure that his clients are receiving the best possible training.
