SPRING FLIGHT PROGRAM  - APRIL 2 - MAY 30

  • Jump higher, run faster, and become stronger & quicker on the basketball court! One of the most well-designed strength training programs, specifically tailored to increase the performance of middle school and high school age basketball players. This 8 week program is designed by the Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Denver Nuggets, Steve Hess, and one of the Institute's performance coaches, Desmond Wilford, who has worked with players such as Tracy McGrady and other former NBA players.  The program includes one hour of speed/agility and jump training and one hour of basketball skills work twice a week. In our last session  
    • 90% of our athletes improved their vertical an average of 1.5” in only 8 weeks.
    • 95% of our athletes improved their NBA Box Agility Times.

Cost: $199 For 8 Week Program

Program meets twice a week and includes
one hour of speed/agility and jump training and one hour of basketball skills work

Middle School - Monday/Wednesday

5:00 - 6:00 Court Work
6:00 - 7:00 SAJ Training

High School - Monday/Wednesday

5:00 - 6:00 Court Work
6:00 - 7:00 SAJ Training

April 2nd Testing  & May 23rd Testing
