Back by popular demand! Our summer flight program has been a smashing success with over 85% of the players who have participated in the program showing improvement in at least 5 out of the 7 athletic tests and in just 10 sessions with our training staff the average increase in vertical jump is 1.3 inches.

This program will help basketball players jump higher, run faster, and become stronger & quicker on the basketball court! One of the most well-designed strength training programs, specifically tailored to increase the performance of middle school and high school age basketball players. This 8 week program is designed by the Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Denver Nuggets, Steve Hess, and one of the Institute's performance coaches, Desmond Wilford, who has worked with players such as Tracy McGrady and other former NBA players.  The program includes one hour of speed/agility and jump training and one hour of basketball skills work twice a week

Cost: $199 For 8 Week Program

Middle School - Tuesday/Thursday

5:30-6:30 Court Work
6:30 - 7:30 SAJ Training

High School - Tuesday/Thursday

5:30 - 6:30 Court Work
6:30 - 7:30 SAJ Training

September 12th Testing  & November 2nd Testing
